U.S. Domestic Returns

ModestLily accepts returns and exchanges on all unworn, unused, undamaged apparel, with original clothing tags and in original packaging. Items marked as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return. Please review the item description carefully. All shipping costs are nonrefundable. All custom orders are “FINAL SALE” and there are no refunds/exchanges on custom orders.

FULL RETURN - you must initiate your return within 7 days of receiving your item(s) by emailing us. After which we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label to use in sending the item(s) back. (Please note that all return shipping costs will be paid by the customer with the $8.00 return shipping rate being deducted from the total amount refunded to you.) We must receive your return item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Once your item has been received and inspected, you will be issued a refund within 5-7 business days in the original method of payment. (Please note that we will refund credit cards and will not issue checks or cash, but may offer redeemable ModestLily store credit instead.) Although ModestLily makes great efforts to inspect all merchandise prior to shipment, garments can be damaged via transit. If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged, or due to a defect in the material, you will not be charged for the return shipping when returning or exchanging. Only in the event of a damaged or defective return will we refund you the original shipping charges paid at the time the order was placed. Please indicate if your item was damaged or defective in the return email. In the event you receive an incorrect item for your order, we will exchange the order for the correct item and reimburse you for any additional shipping costs incurred.

EXCHANGE - you may exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for another item(s). There will be an additional flat rate shipping charge of $8.00 assessed to your order.

Please note that any items exchanged after 30 days will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Any items returned or exchanged without receiving email authorization will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

 

International Returns

International returns are accepted and must be initiated within 7 days of receipt by emailing us. Once we receive your return request we will review it. If the return request is approved, we will then email you the address to ship the item(s) back to us. Please note that you are responsible for all international return shipping costs. We must receive the item within 30 days of purchase.

 

 

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $150.

U.S. Domestic Shipping

At ModestLily we strive to keep things simple. This philosophy is present in our customer service, and we hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. Shipping and handling throughout the U.S. is a flat $8.00 and orders of $150 or more enjoy free shipping and handling. After placing an order you will be sent a confirmation email. Processing requires 1-2 business days, after which you will be sent a second email indicating your order has shipped, along with a tracking number. Shipments are sent via USPS mail and take a standard 3-5 days to arrive.

All custom made orders ship directly from the designer and require 3-4 weeks to arrive.

 

International Shipping

Orders shipping outside the U.S. are charged a flat rate of $20. International orders require 2-3 business days to process. Shipping times vary by country.

International Customs Duties and Taxes-

Please note that an international customer’s country may charge customs duties and/or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the international customer. When completing an order, each international customer agrees to pay any customs duties/and or taxes assessed by the customer’s country. If an order is refused by an international customer and is subsequently returned to ModestLily, the shipping fees and all other customs duties and/or taxes will still be applied and therefore deducted from any requested refund.

 

All prices shown are the final shipping costs which include all shipping charges, cost of goods purchased and any other expenses that are necessary for the goods to be brought to your address.

We reserve the right from time to time to review and amend any of the above charges as and when it is necessary.

Please note discount codes can not be used in certain sale time promotions. Discount Codes maybe disabled whilst we are holding our sales. One Discount code can only be applied per order.

Once your order is confirmed you cannot cancel or terminate it after 48 hours from the date and time of your order confirmation.

If you choose to cancel a order after the 48 hour cancellation policy, this is deemed as ''change of mind'' and ModestLily are not at fault, the customer will be charged a restocking fee. A 50% of the total order restocking administration fee will apply before ModestLily process any cancellation orders.

Please note this can lead into ModestLily terminating your account and therefore will no longer be able to purchase from ModestLily.

We may refuse to process any order for any reason or refuse to provide service to any person at any time at our sole discretion.

We are not liable to you or to any third party as a consequence of any such refusal or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has commenced.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your ModestLily Account at any time without giving any reason. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your ModestLily Account if: there is abuse or misuse of the ModestLily services by you, or we are of the reasonable opinion that you have breached any of our Terms & Conditions.

We shall not be liable to you or to any other party for any damages, losses, costs or expenses howsoever caused by or arising out of such termination or suspension.

ModestLily hold very strict polices and you agree to all ModestLily Polices on placing your order. ModestLily take no responsibility for change of mind.
